ABOUT
Holth Psychology
Kristian completed a Bachelor of Science (Honours) at Monash University, where his research explored the lived experience of a Positive Behaviour Support intervention for individuals with acquired brain injury, their close others and carers. He subsequently completed a Master of Psychology (Clinical Neuropsychology)/PhD at the University of Melbourne, supervised by Professors Nick Haslam and Sarah Wilson. His doctoral research examined music-evoked autobiographical memory, music-induced nostalgia, and the socio-relational emotion kama muta.
Aside from his private practice work, Kristian works as a Clinical Neuropsychologist at Neuropsychology East Melbourne, a specialist clinic providing therapy and neuropsychological assessment for adults with functional neurological disorders, epilepsy, acquired brain injury and other neurological conditions. Kristian also works as a telehealth psychologist with Harvest Psychology, an online psychology clinic based in Brisbane. He attends regular in-person peer supervision with colleagues in Melbourne and meets online with colleagues around Australia.
